Village security problem I can not solve until now.

Hi all, Im new to supercell forum.
Sorry for my poor english. I play my coc on mobile device that does not support google service, so i does not link any account sach as google, facebook and game center. After i lost my phone than i buy new one that support google service and get my village back with account recover process. This is very simple process. Problem is begin from here. The person who get my lost phone was active my game and can play. And disturb my upgrade process and used all of my gems. I report to supercell help and support teams before happening.Before Help and Support Team slove, all my gems and resource have gone. I think after lost village recover process is finish all of lost village ativity should be deny. If someone have idea pls give me advice to improve my account security and destroy invalid activity.

That was brain hurting to read but I got through it! Anyways, you should defiantly make a SECURE Google account, meaning do not share your password with anyone and make it unique and different from all your others. You can even go as far as protecting that gmail, but as for losing your phone there is no way to "deny" your activities. Just gotta put a passcode on there and hope they don't get in.

I clear what I told is, one village two state, before link google state and after link google state. before link state is on lost phone. after links state is on new phone that i have. invilid account activity from lost phone that i want to destroy coc account only. My google password is still strong until now. Thanks you.

The person isn't accessing the village using his account. He can do it because its loaded on the device. So any passcode, hard password won't help him here.

Only SC can help you. Otherwise lets just hope the guy gets bored and stops it.

To block the one who got your old phone from accessing your village:

1) erase the data of your mobile using android device manager: https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager
And this might or might not work.

2) contact the support of the game.

solution is the best way in general. Android device that fully load Google service can destroy data via android device manager. In my saturation I can not clear my data from Google to my old (lost) device because old device does not support any Google service. I recover my clash of clans account with security verification process ( recovery code ). I can play my clash of clan account and also my lost device that can still play my account. I think that is security whole and after recovery processes all old ( lost ) device activity should be destroy automatically from clash of clan server side
Now COC help and support teams banned my account 2 day for ownership verification. May be my problem is solved. PS . All of my resource have been gone.
Next time i will write post in right place.
