    No it isn't.

    That was in October 2013. And gave them effective control, with a 51% holding.


    In June they just added another 22% - makes no difference to control of the company.

    Did you see the billion after those numbers?? A lot of that is from heroes.
    There wasn't any "billion" after the earnings numbers.

    And how do you know that a lot of what they earn came from heroes?
