Around 23 Minutes if you have 3 Dragons training in 3 Barracks
1 Dragon takes 7.5 Minutes boosted
It takes basic math I suppose

Th7 --> 2020 Cups
Th8 --> 2480 Cups
Th9 --> 3208 Cups
Th10-->4918 Cups
It takes approximately 4 time longer without boosted barracks than with boosted barracks
a boosted barrack cooks 4x faster.

I'm in Algebra II so this should be a piece of cake!
1 Dragon take 30 minutes, then divide by 4 equals 7.5 minutes. Multiplied by 10 is 75 minutes. So 75 minutes or 1 hour and 15 minutes.

With 4 barracks, two have 3 queued and two have 2 queued... 3 dragons take 22.5 mins, 2 barracks are idle for 7.5 mins.
Or, boost 2 barracks with 4 queued each (30 mins) and have one cooking in each of the others (30 mins)
Depends whether you're using them as a power army or to speed up war attacks, and if 7.5 minutes is worth 20 more gems to you.
I should add that with all 4 boosted, your second batch will only take 15 mins if you queue 3 dragons in each for your first attack. Hope that makes sense
