Yes I know how to contact and to get back my village but for me, my problem very complicated and hard to believe.
I have 4 gmail acc and 4 id and played it in 3 devices. However someone change my password and force me to delete the gmail account. Now, I already lost all my id.
Supercell said, I need use one device for one id. Then, I take first step. I get my first coc account and the result is success (main gmail). Now, I try for second account. Don't have a result yet. You know why? I unable to give Supercell the receipt of first gems purchaces.
I bought gems for several coc's id, mine and my friends. The payment has been made by my main accounts. All receipts going to my main gmail. I have asked google, can they detect the payment for what id. I am wait for two days already. No responds.
I ever activate it back my gmail, however Supercell already banned it (and I understand it)
Oh my god, I had 34 transaction receipts and I don't know 30 transactions paid for what id. 😢😢😢😢
Hey man i understand your problem. I hope my advice can be useful for you. I have experienced this before when someone ♥♥♥♥ed into my gmail account and change the password. Contacting supercell is pretty much useless.
You should go into google account page and set up a page recovery. Google will ask you verification questions like when is the estimated date you created the account and which country etc. On the "other comment" section
When you wanna recover your GMAIL account, first step is to fill in the recovery questions like "previous recovery number, recovery email etc"
Once all is filled, you will see a colum that allows u to write to google. Tell them this
- An unknown person sent you a picture file on MSN messenger / facebook so some ♥♥♥♥ then your computer anti virus detected a KEYLOGGER, next thing u know your account is gone.
tell them your
1 - frequent device and country that u use to log in. Google is able to verify through its record.
if your gmail account has the same name as your ID, send a picture of your ID. It will greatly help .
