You can email, connect the phone to the computer with a cable and move the pictures over, and probably some other ways

Well I never knew VBulletin catered for copy-n-,paste
But my favourite for ease is Tinypic and for the dinosaur in me photo bucket..(probably one of the original hosting and basic editing sites)
