Curious. What's the point if any clan who reaches said perk is obviously a clan that's not in need of it? I mean, even if you're a low level th4-7, by the time you got to that level, your clan probably would no longer accept members that low, and that perk wouldn't even be needed. In my personal opinion, they should replace that specific perk with something else.

Yea i always thought this was a bit silly. Level 10 clan takes 1.5-2 years + to reach.. By that time, everyone is a TH9 or a TH10, and the +2 perk is pointless.
You could then just review and use lower level players for wars. They are actually easier wars too than the th10 only or th10/th9 wars. And having it could be of benefit.
Hey at least we get perks! :P

I think a positive to this is that a level 10 clan could still accept new members who are lower level THs and expect them to be able to contribute troops.

On that note...does anyone happen to roll big wars 45+ but with nearly 20 VERY heavy th10s on top, and th8s at bottom?
My clan mostly big th10s with 4-8 th9s at bottom. The bottom is already pretty randomly matched, feel it would be open to very skewed matches unless had 40-50 member wars.
TH10s with 50+ hero levels, 9.5s with 40+, silent noobs<> needs you!

As of now I see donating level 3 pekka to a 5 as the biggest incentive. Other than that TH9 can donate max troops with the +1 perk.

My clan is level 8 and were cruising towards 9. we always war 50 vs 50 but probably only have 30-35 members because we have so many war alts. Having a maxed TH7 or 8 that's perm and not upgrading helps with war weight and is great for donations since you're not using resources anymore anyhow. Especially for war CC's that need filling.

Otherwise, no reason. But you have to remember TH5 clans can get the level 10 perk just as easily as the TH10 clans. There is no difference in the way XP is given, it is just a lot easier for a 50v50 TH5 clan to get XP than it is for a 50v50 TH10 clan
Like others said, it can encourage clans to take on lower members
