I don't know if Altar of Heroes is the best one out there, but they have to be pretty close. 800 gg minimum, and they have around 35-40 billionaires I think. They're pretty legit.

Centum hades and altar of heroes come to my mind. But for top high clan maybe inthedark, invictus kings. Invictus kings possibly best high level farming clan.
