TRADER EXPANSION TOOLS
We are a helpful group of experienced players that are around 24/7 as we are an international neighborhood. We believe in building a strong team that is willing to share and work together. We ONLY communicate in English so only English speaking players may apply.

We are looking for helpful, cheerful and friendly neighbors to be part of our family. We are positive, encouraging and calm, drama isn't our thing. We are also fairly self-sufficient farmers that can hold our own most of the time but help is always there when needed. Our team is quick to help out with neighbors' boat crates, truck or town orders. Dairy boats are usually sent away as it takes up too much of our neighbors' resources for too little XP.

We trade all expansion tools (barn/silo/land/town) at default prices. Many of us have barn and silo sizes of larger than 4,000. So if you are looking for a place to do quick trading, we are the hood for you! Some of us are also willing to sell tools without trading. We ask that you be considerate as we do not tolerate greedy and selfish neighbors.

We sell food and other products at full price without trading. We tend to prioritise our neighbors first before advertising in our stall. This is your personal preference, but majority of us prefer to offer it to our neighborhood first.

This neighborhood is established to be an active chatty community. Players are encouraged to communicate in the chat for derby coordination, trading and helping. Basic courtesy is expected from all, such as thanking for crates or when you ask for help.



DERBY ENTHUSIASTS
Currently in Champions League, we have 53 Gold Trophies under our belt. We have worked hard and are very proud of our achievement. Along the way, we have had some ups and downs but our hood has emerged stronger with many friendships forged. Everyone is on the same page when it comes to many of the Derby decisions we make.

We are recruiting like-minded, strong derby TEAM players who are cheerful, calm, encouraging and do not complain when they have to wait endlessly for high point tasks. We do not welcome drama or different opinions as majority of us are competitive and responsible for our own game and would opt out if we can't finish a full derby. Complaints bring about drama which we avoid like the plague, so we are only looking to recruit like-minded team players with a considerate and cooperative derby spirit. We require all to send screenshot once finished with all derby tasks. Sending screenshot is fast and easy (less than a minute).

Derby Participation (Opt In / Opt Out)
We are only considering players who are able to participate in MOST derbies. We allow breaks from derbies only once in a blue moon.

If you would like to sit out from derby, please let us know before the derby starts. We will get someone to fill in your spot for that derby. We are not looking for players who have zero interest or are thinking of stepping out every other week, as we are a hood that really enjoys derby.

Teamwork, strong derby players and no dead-weights is our derby motto.
