I'm a new th9 and have just gotten my loons to max and access to lava hounds. I plan on using Golaloon but which troop should I upgrade first Lava Hounds or Golems. I have lvl 2 golems and lvl 1 Hounds, which would I benefit more from since both upgrade times are significant.
Golems. Need it to tank AQ fire and CC troops.

lavas because you will prob need 3, and if you have access, you can get a max golem in your cc so you can have a max gol l2 lavas and max loons, instead of a lvl 1 gol a max hound and 2 lvl 1 hounds. do ya get what im sayin?

If you are Lavalooning - Hounds no question.
If you need golem for GoLaLoon request it in the CC.
Request a max Golem for the AQ and AD kill, so Upgrade your Hound to 2 first.

Upgrade the Lava Hound, then your golem if you're using air attacks. You can always request a golem in your CC, especially a max one if your clan perks are upgrade.
So essentially since I can already have a max golem in my cc I should upgrade hounds. Sounds like a plan, I'll probably be doing cold-blooded golaloons anyway. Thanks guys
Remember you also need to upgrade CC if you need it to hold a golem.
