Is not upgrading my walls to lvl 8 gonna affect me at th9?

Hey guys I'm wondering if Not upgrading all my walls is gonna affect me. I got 100 of them done and don't feel like farming all that gold for walls. Oh and I got all my defense max and offense. So what are your thoughts.

It is worth it! Beause after you get all the walls to level 8 then you can upgrade the walls with elirx. I mean your going to do it now or later, do it now beause you get better loot at lower town halls.

Up to you. Some people here will say yes some will say no. There are reasons to do both.

It would be easier to do them now when you have no other gold demands. In th9 you are going to want to be upgrading your defense.

My personal opinion is do them now.

Of course it's gonna effect your defense at town hall 9 in some way. And however much it effects you will be a bad effect.

Maxing TH9 offense, which is the first priority in TH9 before any defensive upgrade, would cost >50mil easily. That is enough to start 100 skulls before you start doing defenses. If you farm more than 3 mil per day, then you'd easily have enough loot to finish skulls and dump all excess lix into legos

I would say to upgrade them Ik it seems like a lot of gold that u need to farm but in that process u will have a lot of elixir and u can try getting better by attacking with gowipe or any other strategy u feel confident in using.

I recommend you to continue what you have begun and upgrade your walls to lvl 8.

This will open for you the feature of upgrading walls with both gold and elixir, which is important at TH9 to dump your excess loot. Especially after finishing all elixir upgrades.

I think that with purple (lvl 7) walls, you will get attacked more. Also, some people tend to escape from facing high lvl walls.

I went to TH9 with ~110 skulls the rest purple crystal. I had no problem finishing the skulls pretty quickly at TH9 because I focused about 80 to 90% on elixir upgrades the first few weeks and poured nearly all the gold into walls.

I think it's a waste of time, DE, and E to stay at TH8 with only walls to do and builders on vacation.

First off. If he has maxed defenses AND lab that means he's not very active. He won't be able to farm as much as u say.

That's only if you are in the "defense is bad to upgrade unless it's the absolute last thing to do" club. Also affiliated with the "I maxed heroes and walls and troops before upgrading any of my defenses or building xbows in th9" club.

The only important thing is to keep offense ahead of defense. You can still upgrade defense just don't slack on your troops.
