Clashcon, my friend cant go anymore

I recently bought 2 tickets to clashcon, but my friend cant go anymore and I had to put his name on the ticket, anyone know what I can do about this? Otherwise looks like I'll be going alone lol

I have another friend to take his place so I just really need to change the name..
