Heros still frozen on defense (tesla)

I thought that supercell said that they reaolved the problem with heros getting "stuck" when beside a tesla?
We just experienced this in war, (and can provide screen shots if needed, but its kind of a pain) where the opponent attacked our member and our member's archer queen just stayed frozen the entire attack until 2 seconds left, when the opposing archer queen took down the tesla beside the queen freeing her and allowing her to defend. Unfortunatly, this type of probelm can have real effects on a clan war. Just wondering if others are still experiencing this as well.

Yeah, saw that behavior a couple of times and once happened to Barbarian King. As if the Tesla was up their rear and couldn't move.

Frozen AQ happened out last CW. Nothing much to do about it but hope the Tesla is taken out first and not your AQ.

I've never had my heroes frozen from the tesla, but this I have seen happen to my queen. Within the last week or two I believe

As far as I know it's been happening for a lot longer than two weeks but I usually tend to have my queen and tesla's separate to begin with so I'm not too sure exactly how long it's been going on.

Yes it's said to have been fixed.


To the op: I also encountered this issue and messaged support and they said it was pretty rare now but they're working on it

Can't fix this if you are attacking someone............ Very helpful post you got there

As of now, it is still not fixed yet. Solution is have at least 1 tile gap between heroes' altar and tesla.
That empty gap can put other traps (air bomb/mines, spring/mini-bomb)
