Account switching from android to IOS possible?

I tried to post this on help and support forum but its just a faq page so i kind of wanted to post here because I can't post there and talk with someone directly.

ANYWAYS, my current account with clash is on Android. I plan on trying to move to IOS in the future. Is it possible to transfer my android account over to IOS? My guess is no..But I had to confirm..

On another note, or should I say account, I have an account on ios but i started that account on an Iphone 3GS. I just read something on the faq page about clash no longer working with iphone 3 or 3GS and was wondering if possibky I could save that account when upgrading to an ipad or iphone..? Is this possible?

Also, what is really weird is, I have been clashing hard meaning playing even everyday on my iphone 3gs until 2 days ago and now it no longer will load up at all. It shows the supercell screen and shuts down. But when reading the faqs page as of september 2014 iphone 3's and 3gs wasnt supposed to play no more as of then? How have I been playing this whole time and its way passed 2014 of september.. Is this some quencendence or maybe my 3GS is starting to see its last days??

Lots to read here but I could really use the support. Thank You!

As far as your iOS account is concerned, as long as it is linked to a Game Center account, you can log into your Game Center on any iOS device, and access your game.

As for switching from Android to iOS, I can't say specifically how that works, but you will need a Game Center account, which is different from the other one, as you can only have one Clash account per Game Center.

Perhaps someone with experience can chime in on the switch from Android to iOS.

As mentioned, Clash is tied in with gamecenter on iOS (well it should be if you dont want to lose your town).

I switched from iOS to Android ages ago. I believe it's the "Link Devices" in the settings panel (possibly).

I have accounts on both iOS and Android but have never tried switching from one to the other. But I do know on my Android I am linked to Facebook, can you not do that on iOS? Cause Facebook is universal so it should be able to link across both devices.

As for your second concern I may have the solution for you. I had the same thing happen on my mini-max account which is currently on a 2nd gen iPod touch and I had the same thing start happening yesterday. It would get to the supercell screen and close. I "restored" my device(make sure to back it up first!!!) through iTunes and it started working again. Not sure what happend tp cause it, maybe a super secret update?, but that fixed it for me.

    Hope this helps!

I think you ios account is already compromised with your old clash game (played using iphone 3 or 3GS).

Before transfer you android account, get the Clash in you new ios device and check if there are any previous game connected.

If your old village loads, I think you wont be able to replace the ios status with the android account.

I link my ios account to android and now I play in 3 devices (iphone and ipad using the same game center account and android). I'm sure the transfer a village from android to ios is supported, I'm just not sure about what happens if there is any old village there.

Facebook is not used to sync accounts. It's just a way to find and/or invite people you know, who play the game. Only Game Center and Google+ sync account info.

Your own safety? Don't be ridiculous. iOS is far more secure than Android. Just because you're a fanboy doesn't make your OS right, and the other OS wrong.

You can tranfer your account between iOS and Android by using link devices.
Your village must be linked to Google+ or Game Center (the link to Facebook has
nothing to do with saving your data). You can only do it once.

    It doesn't matter.
He still can use his old ios account in the apple device. The game will be there, linked to his game center account.
