Ridiculous clan members!!

If they get a hundred troops from me a day, they have obviously not quit the game. They do this every 15 minutes while they are on, so u dont know what ur talking about Tyler!!

You're giving them hundreds of troops in a day, but they aren't upgrading anything and you aren't talking about their progress in chat?

Once again, how is this anyone's fault but your own? You're the one who sees that they can't use all these troops right or seem to do anything right, and you're the one who put them in war anyway?

The only part of this I frown on is how dumb mirror attacks are, unless everyone has exactly the same talent level with all of the same strategies (unless you're all TH10s and just mostly shooting for two stars and everyone is using the same mass golem strategy)

Matchmaking nearly always dictates something different, which is why starting from a mirror plan is a bad idea. At TH9, rather than thinking mirror you should be thinking this person specializes in this attack which this base is weak to, they get it.. And at TH10 the lower 10s need to be two starring the upper 10s so the upper 10s can 3 as many of the lower 10s as possible.

Ahh gotcha. I find that's very doable through mid TH8 when everyone is just running dragons, but past that there are more efficient ways to ensure three stars. If your players are good enough to pull that off, more power to you, but a lot of the attackers in my clan are not necessarily the most talented attackers in the game so I go to extra lengths to give them every advantage they can have to maximize our amounts of three stars and it works pretty well.

There's one common denominator with the fact that the OP has daily problems, and it is OP's leadership problems.. Then denies denies denies when people try pointing them out. We can never tell her how to change other people, all we can try and tell her is how to change her leadership style to a more effective one, but she apparently isn't interested in taking accountability and learning.

I understand you run your clan like clockwork etc... But you could try and be less condescending when dishing out your professional advise, eh. She is not denying anything, she is trying to find her way, that's all. We all do. It's a game not a job. Getting 50 people from all over the world to be on the same page is not an easy feat , it's more like hearing cats actually and it requires some patience and sometimes yes, sometimes you are so frustrated with your unruly kittens you get grumpy at them and maybe use the wrong tone, but her sentiment is right and I fully support her on that. It's her clan...she'll get it shipshape, I'm sure.

I agree about the mirror attacks, I also frown upon them but I know a lot of clans still do them ...fair enough. But that wasn't really the problem exactly, so no point on harping on about that.

I'm starting to think she is just a troll. Or so oblivious as to not bother with. All kinds of people in the world, find the ones you want in the clan, get rid of the rest, simple as that. Our clan has good leadership and we don't have any leaches, usually get 100% participation in wars, and get the troops we want donated. People don't fit in, they don't stay long. Makes growth slower but the clan better overall.

At one point our clan was 45-49 strong all the time. With war being introduced, it made for a lot of kicking and constant turn over of new and old members.

Now we stay around 30-35 as we have to do a lot of weeding people out, especially for war but we keep our wars on rotation with 10-15 squads. It allows for constant war without having to force everyone to war frequently. In an all adult clan, that is helpful as we all have real life issued and obligations that trump Clash of Clans.

Sometime, you just have to put your foot down and place your dictator cap on and do some kicking.

Stand behind your conviction and those that stay will respect the clan and it's leadership more.
