New TH9 , I am in problem Please help.

Today my town hall got upgraded to TH9, i did it after maxing th8 including walls and all troops.
I spent most of my th8 life in masters II.
My main army used to be GoGiWiPe , it used to take 50 mins to train. and my target used to be other TH8 bases with good amount of loot, which were very easy to find by doing next for a few minutes.
while my army was training i used to snipe town halls with king, and between two main attacks i used to find avg 2-3 snipeable town halls. It was going good. i was easily earning 5-600k each resource and 2-4000 de per hour.
Then i got upgraded to town hall 9
and everything changed.
I am not able to find any th8s any more , all i see are th9 and th10s. My troops are not th9 ready. I tried like for 30 minutes before i found a town hall 8 to attack and that too had very less loot.
Also i stopped getting any snipable town halls. i got like 3 snipable town halls in 3 hours. i spent more money nexting then i got in return from bonus.
Now i am afraid that , it will remain like this , and my main loot source might be gone. and i have to go down to crystal /gold for farming. I dont want to go there .
Please tell me Am i just having a bad day? or th8 r really this rare to find in masters and above for th9 people. ?
If i have to go down please suggest me a good trophy range for farming Dark elixir mainly, coz i want to level my heroes as quickly as possible.

I started in Crystal 2 as a TH9 and moved my way up to Crystal 1 after I got a few troop upgrades. I stayed there until I finished my heroes and then used to them to farm in champions.

Sadly, what you are experiencing is just the way the system works now. You get a lot more town halls of your own town hall level, and fewer of the ones below you. I recently went from TH9 to TH10 and found that I get way, way fewer TH9's to attack than I used to (it is almost entirely TH10's now). It sounds like you are experiencing the same thing. Now that you are TH9, you will see far fewer TH8's.

I suggest you to upgrade loons and to push a little bit or you can even stay there, just do townhall and drill snipes and with full army collector raids (take cup loss for a few troops when you find exposed drills/ full storages). Using this at 3-3.1K I made today 16K dark profit in about 70-80 minutes. Also make sure to max drills to get DE. Good luck

You know what is your problem? not being flexible with your farming range. Go to silver and move to masters and the decided where did you find better loot (a hint Gold2-Crystal2 is AWESOME for th9s)

Happened to me as well. Guess that's the downside of the new matchmaking system, although at least now we don't get TH6s with like 15k resources.

Anyway, I stayed in Crystal II last week until I decided loot wasn't very good (Gold/Elixir-wise, 'cause you do get a lot of DE up there) and dropped back to Gold II. As soon as I did that I started finding TH8s with full storages, easily GiBarch-able.

I have finally decided to come down to crystal 1 Specifically between 1900-2000 trophies so that i get bases of gold 1 and bonus of crystal 1. I think i will just Gibarch and BAM here untill my troops are ready for taking down th9s. after that i will go back to masters or may be higher.

Yeh I had the same issue when I started out th9 then once I got a few defended don't and Legos done it has seemed to be pretty decent hang in there it will get better 👍🏻👊🏻

I agree with him. You need to be flexible about where you farm. Where ever the loot is, is where you should go no matter what league.

^this - I've had no problem keeping 5 builders (or 4 when I leave one free for walls) and the lab busy since I hit TH9. I took a trip to masters for the gems but the bulk of my time has been in C3 with occasional dips to G1.

exactly the same problem
i were living like a rich TH8 on champ 2
getting snips , enjoying the bonus
after i i upgraded to th9
there's no snip at all ! only maxed TH10
so i dropped to gold 1
and i'm barching all the way for elexir
