Suggestions to max out heroes in th9

I am th9 who maxed out all defense buildings. Now left with heroes and walls (grinding legos). My king is lvl14 and queen is lvl15. I am upgrading one hero continuously even though it looks like it will take 6months to max the heroes, i am prioritising raiding for DE than others as i understood by the time my heroes reach lvl25 i can easily complete walls. I am the leader of my clan so i have to be in every war and all are following my upgrade procedure for heroes.

Recently i went to master league for DE but my walls aren't holding up, i lost more de than i raided
Can anyone suggest how to max out heroes in a better way?
Do i have to stay out of war and try to upgrade both heroes?

You don't necessarily need to be in Masters for DE, I've spent many of my clashing days in Crystal leagues and have max heroes now.

Ultimately the greatest asset is time, as well as boosts. Just disipline yourself to hit bases you know you can steal the DE on and repeat, repeat, repeat.

As for war, been leader of the clan that does make your position challenging. Warring without an AQ is really difficult to do, sure it's possible but limits your 3 star potential.

For a while at TH9 I was going both heroes back to back to upgrade them more quickly, but that did mean I sat out of war for a while.

Catch 22, you want to help your clan win wars, but want your heroes up too.

Just chat with your clan mates and try come up with a good balance between them.

Leave your TH outside untrapped and unprotected. It's the second best thing you can do defensively.

I am in your exact same boat right now. Maxed TH9 defenses, all research done except for poison and earthquake, level 18 (started 19 upgrade) on BK, level 15 AQ, and clan leader that needs to be in all wars so only 1 hero asleep at a time. I've finished all legos, and I have about 15 lavas completed (way harder to get motivated to knock out 3 million for 1 wall segment, BTW).

I've been sitting in Crystal 2 around 2300 for the climb from BK15 to BK20, and it works pretty well GiBarching TH8s with 800+ DE. I'm using a comp of 52 arch, 52 Barb, 20 gob, 16 giant, and 8 wb split evenly among barracks. 6 wiz in CC, AQ when available. Costs around 100k elixir, but I'm ignoring elixir unless I'm really low. I'm typically getting the next level DE in about 5.5 to 6 days, and hemming the remaining time. Dumping gold and elixir into walls when I reach about 3.2 million.

For the AQ10 to AQ15 climb, I had to drop back to 1900s with Crystal 3 badge since I was losing too many battles and missing out on the bonus. The DE is better in C2, but nexting to find a TH8 with good numbers or TH9 without upgraded xbows was getting old.

My biggest thing is that I farm so much better with the AQ. So, I'd like to add the question, should I continue the 5 level increments or does farming get significantly better with BK25 that I should get him there before taking the queen to 20?

Consider focusing on walls at th9 and heroes at th10. You will actually end up with max heroes faster this way as you will upgrade to th10 sooner (add soon as walls are done) and with the extra de at 10 your heroes will upgrade faster. So you might upgrade with heroes less than 30 but you will have level 40 heroes sooner

Bolded one part. That is false. I am the leader of my clan and once I rush to TH9 I'm opting out until my LaLoon + Spells are maxed

I would suggest focusing on upgrading the queen once your king is decent level (20 for me). The queen is such a better farmer because if you use her right, she sits at the back not getting hit and is available for the next attack. The king is always at the front taking damage so almost always had to recover. So all my de is going to my queen until she maxes unless I start overflowing (unlikely at the moment as I'm playing casually right now).
When she is max, it will also make farming de for the king much easier.

for de farming

1- go to crystal leagues but not masters. you cannot farm in masters. If you can farm in masters go but im sure you cannot farm there.

2- th outside
3- use gibarch + 5-10 minions (Gibam) 3rages 1 jump or 2 rages 2 jumps.
4- find a base with 1k de minimum which you 200% sure you can reach de. if you are 100% sure dont waste your army.
5- try to use a few spells. usually one jump and one rage is enough. at most 2 rages and 1 jump.
6- upgrade king non stop and use queen in farming. because queen is a key troop in de farming. try to not lose queen in raids. hit end when you get de and forget stars.

7- Always next. Always next even when you have only 20 archers. you should next a lot and it is not healthy but it is the way to find good snipes th (bonus) and snipe de drills and expose de storages.

8- go raid with a partial army. you should be a very skilled player to decide if you can get the de with for example 100 or 140 or 160 troops. it is very very very hard. You should always next and always be confident that you can go raid with troops you have at the current time. One fail and you lose troops and time.

9- dont go for stars. you should maintain your trophy with snipes and easy 50%. just go for de. one star = 200DE bonus in crystal 2 nothing else.

with above i can farm 8-10k de per hour non boost using gibarch in crystal 2

Ive been farming DE to upgrade queen (literally started her upgrade to 20 5 min ago) in Gold 2. If i use Balloonion and spells i can generally hit 2200-3000 de raids on almost maxed TH9's. Its been working for me, and is how i made the grind of Queen 15-20
