Golems don't cost Elixer.... You should do heros. Because you are pretty rushed and your heros are way too weak to even manage. I suggest getting your troops to townhall 8 level first
I agree his heros need serious attention but he asked what to do with his elixir.

My suggestion would be to upgrade your pekka's. Two of the best attacks in the game require pekka's: Gowipe and gowiwi. Level 1 pekkas are gonna hurt your chances in war. Also, hero's are extremely important. You are rushed so you will experience some issues, but if you get those pekka's upgraded, I'm sure it will help.
Eh gowipe and gowiwi definitely aren't the best attacks in the game by far. I'll just let this video explain itself:
Anyhow get your Golems, Hogs to max ASAP, and level up your heroes as soon as you can. Real key towards a good goho attack. Once you get maxed hogs and good golems, start learning to GoHoWiWi. Real basic form of GoHo. Then escalate to Surgical GoHo, AQ Walk's, hybrid styles, etc.
If you wanna get serious learn how to surgical goblin bases. Since goblins are insanely OP.

Take your golems to 4, a level 7 queen behind a dead golem is far inferior to a level 6 queen behind a level 4 golem. Compare the stat differences between upgrading golems and your queen one level, and add in the fact that you may take 3 golems to a raid.
