omg.. I don't know what to do anymore.... Help!

I'm already in the same clan for 1,5 years. Enjoying it a lot. We win all wars, cc is filled in no time with max troops. But things are changing. The leader got inactiver and I kinda had to lead the clan. What was sad, cuz she was really my best, she even had my account log in. Leading a 40 person warclan isn't that easy. I spent hours recruiting (most likely alone, the rest were all adults with kids who weren't having so much). I leaded the whole war, donated 5/10k troops a season, usually with max golems and stuff. My progress was so slow, especially in heroes, cuz I donated all DE troops.

This is already going on for a while. Sorry if I'm saying things double, but I'm so sad. I've so many good friends in this clan.

Last war we lost for the first time in like 12 wars. I wanted to improve and was like: Let's kick those 2 bad attackers. They didn't want. What turned out in a big fight in the co's kik group. Me and a good friend (let's calll him Concerta) versus all other 8 co's or whatever. They wanted to let those people stay, who also never talked. Things were escalating so quickly that I left the co groupschat. Later I heard that my friend Concerta also left the groupschat after me.

I decided that I wanted to be just a co without those ♥♥. Just enjoying the game again. So I didn't wanted to be in the kikchat anymore. But I did ask my leader if she wanted to give me head up and stuff if they were planning on kicking long time players or my friends (like Concerta).
No. She didn't want to give me head ups if that happened. I left the chat, my own choiche and I can always come back to the chat.

Few hours later, Concerta got demoted to elder. After months of being co. Is this just to stab me in the back? A good friend (also a co) pmed me to listen and told me that Concerta was manupilating me and stuff and that I changed.. wut? He doesn't?

The clan wouldn't be that chatty without me. The clan wouldn't win so many wars without a kid like me which can be online hours a day. I kinda feel bad for the people and friends in the clan which ain't involved in the groupschat. Or the uncle of the leader where I go along well with. I've trained all th10s in the clan to be able to beat th10s (if they couldn't). and so I did with th9s.. th8s.. I'm not happy with how it's going right now.

Do I really need to leave my clan I'm in since I'm th4 ... probably have to leave with concerta. Which doesn't know yet that he is demoted. or.. idk.....

I dont think you should left the chat at the first place. We have few bad attackers in my clan but I did not put them in war

Three rude kids caused chaos in my clan and mocked the leader and we demoted the two from elder to member and one got kicked out due to vulgarism words.

To be honest, coleader or elder does not make WHO you are. Its just making WHAT you are instead. Come on, without coleader title, other members still appreciates you right?

IF you are unable to resolve problem in clan then sure leave. You will find a good clan. There are hundreds of good clan if not thousands. If they don't appreciate your hard work they don't deserve it. Good luck

Leave them they don't deserve you, selfish people they are noobs you teach them and they go against you, try going to a clan with a friend in sure you'll be glad you left now you can save up for heroes and If you wanna join us pm me or make a clan and take all your buddies

It's a game; meant to be fun. If you're clan is causing it to no longer be fun.... time for a new clan.

Think about:
How long it has gone on for?
Do u like the majority of the clan?
Will the argues stop?

Then decide whether to wait and see what happens or whether to just quit and look for a new clan

Ikr its hard to run a clan even if it only has 15 members hahaha

I think the arguments won't stop and just will become worser after demoting my friend.
Though I do feel like when I leave, the whole clan will face some drama. Chat will be dead, wars will be way unorganized. I don't want to do that to the people I do like..

but yes.. I'm not happy and I should be ready for a new adventure or atleast a week or 2 out of the clan.

I used to be in a similar situation. Not exactly the same as what you are now dealing with but what I am about to say might help.

A real life friend introduced me to this game and, of course, brought me into a clan with tons of people. Some of which were also our real life friends. Back then Clan Wars didn't exist and we did fine because we had some chatty people and few of us including me donated a lot.

Then the leader kind of faded away. He stopped playing and most of the COs were just dudes who chill and took no part in management. I was only an elder back then but I was the one with most donation and did most of the work recruiting and teaching. Things went fine without a leader.

Until clan wars hit.

I then had to contact the leader to ask him to promote me to a CO (which I didn't want to do but had no choice or else we couldn't war). I managed to get CO but he wouldn't step down even though he didn't play anymore. He asked me why I wanted to be a CO, and I explained Clan Wars was coming to CoC and we couldn't participate without at least an active CO.

Then the "leader" became active once more because he wanted to participate in Clan Wars. Sounds like things should be good now but not quite. He came back but didn't take any responsibility as a leader. I did everything. Tried my best to enforce rules but was really hard because he and his buddies didn't follow any of it so it's almost impossible to have any real order in the clan. We won most of the time at first but just because at the beginning most clans were noobs. Then we started losing more and more, and before we knew it, we hardly ever won. Some of his friends who hardly played anymore and almost never attacked in war I kicked, he brought them back and said "my friend". And he kept bringing in new real life buddies TH10 who couldn't carry their own weight. Many took war seriously but lost heart (and we lost some good ones because of this) because a handful that took war for granted became dead weight. I was trying to push a dead bus uphill.

So, I decided one day. Enough is enough. Yes, most of these people I've been with for a long time. Some are even real life friends. But for this game to be enjoyable again, there was only one option. Leave.

So, I wrote a note on our Facebook Page explaining exactly what in my mind and that I was about to make a new clan. Hardest decision ever on a mobile game but it needed to be done.

I left. Made a new clan, and guess what? Two thirds of the clan followed me and became core members for the new clan. Few left the old clan to form a new one because they were friends in real life and wanted to run their own clan. Our new clan and the smaller group that broke off to form their own clan are still friends and they've also grown and we recently had a scrimmage. Freaking awesome.

That old clan? The leader got mad. Kick most of the rest, some of which were his real buddies. Then he himself left because the clan was practically dead. He tried and asked to join our new clan once and, of course, I respectfully rejected.

We are now a semi-serious war clan with strong players and we win most wars. Things are in order, and we are happy. I work as hard as ever to make the clan pleasant for everyone but the only difference is that it pays off this time around. What seemed like a hard (and to some, harsh) decision back then turned out to be the best decision I ever made in this game. Ever.

Why I tell you all this? Our situations may be not the same but sometimes it's all come down to the one decision you have to make to change everything. You think you have what it takes but feel underapprciated for what you did? Well, may be it's time for the new beginning. You don't have to start a new clan, but you definitely need a new home. If someone follow you, then you know you have friends. If not, then may be the clan isn't right for you to begin with.

If you are going to put that much time managing a clan, make sure you enjoy doing it, and make sure it pays off. Otherwise, just find a new home and be with someone who appreciate your devotion.

I know, that when I leave, there will be some players follow me, what can cause also the end of the clan. Might be or might not be. That's an another problem, I don't want the clan to be in problem
