Where to spend the gems on mini accounts?

i have a mini , Town hall 6 , i use it for war
i ve 3 builders on it , +1k gems
i upgrade only from collectors , and war loot bonus , few raids

u think i should buy more builders ? or just collect gems for future upgrades ( gem the lab time or something like that )

if your collectors are its main source of income them I'd boost them I guess
