In the Clan Khinley&Co we are democratic were everyone is co-leader and we vote for a leader every 5 weeks. But we have had a very difficult time recently due to the fact that one person is screwing up trouble and the leader is gone. WE all eventully broke the rules and tried to contact the leader.

This kind of setup reminds me of all those "free co" clans that ibsee on global that are destined to fail. The clan system is built around an authorian leadership, which makes it hard to run a democratic clan.
