Its a scam. He / she will most likely ask for some information such as your Game Center account and password, so he/ she can take your clash of clans attack.
If someone claims that they can give you gems, DONT fall for it. Also, the free gem "♥♥♥♥s" that you see on the internet are scams too.
He said he will ban me
SC does not offer free gems other than obstacles and achievements. Do not accept.
