Lab req (Plz read it 1st before deleting)

I know that 2nd Lab is ruled out. But I have a idea about 2nd lab which will be only availible to those who meets certain requirements for 2nd lab.
Requirements are as follows:
1. Town Hall 8 or above
2. Need 3 or 4 builders
3. Need 500gems to get it
4. It must be upgraded like 1st lab to upgrade troops to certain level.

This is idea for 2nd lab.

Just because you added some requirements to have it, doesn't mean it separates from the ruled out idea. Your laboratory idea still falls under the ruled out one and thus you shouldn't have posted the topic.
Also, since when do normal buildings cost gems to unlock?
