Can't decide if I should rush to th9 Help me rushers!

You could spend your elixir on ythe other Barracks and get that to 4 and save up enough DE to get your Golems done to 2. The more you do now, the less you need to do at 9. If you skip getting youe DE troops up at 8 (Hog to 4, Golem to 2, Minis etc ...) you won't do them at TH9 as you now throw all your DE into the AQ.

Do the work now so that TH9 will be easier in the beginning.

I have to max th8 anyways why not max it with level 6 barch and extra spell and spell.

I maxed th8 n went to th9 with full storages..got queen straight up upgrade lab and spell factory and started an xbow as soon as the th clicked over to 9 but I thought it was worth maxing due to the th9 loot penalty..eg if u farm gold 1,2 and 3 a lot of th7 and 8s..at th8 attack a th7 u could still get a good loot amount where at th9 attacking a th7 full storages n collectors half full ur lucky to see 150k max to raid from it..so yeah up to u tho

Yeh for warring prob better but doesn't bother me i don't war n all I do is farm with barbs n archers so I just stuck it out..lol like I've got max golems for th9 n never even have made one yet or a jump spell llol

I have heard Th9 is the sweet spot of farming in clash of clans after th7.

I found th 8 the best the way I farm at th9 cause I can't find any loot is different... I barch masters 2,1 and go for the one star. So most raids barching I'll make between 150k-200k for loot stolen but plus master2,1 bonus of 120k or 140k I can't remember..so together per raid I'm arverging 300k of each per raid plus always filling de to max...n cause barch is quick to train u can do it a lot...on some good raids including bonus its between 400k-450k

But th8.5 is Having th8 max defence wid th9 offence. I dont even have th8 good defences.

I went to TH9 (did 8.5) with half skulls, cannons mostly level 8 one or two level 9...zero level 6 tesla...only one lvl6 wizard tower...only three lvl10 archer towers...and I'm glad I did. I had my AD maxed, archer towers were close, lab was finished except minions/valk/pekka, BK was 10, and I was three starring high-to-max TH8's in war. From the first day I went TH9 (8.5) I was never once three starred in war by a TH8, and usually required an established TH9 dropping to get 3.

Raid defenses were ugly especially since I was in silver right after the TH multiplayer search update when it was nuts, but I raided a lot more than I defended so it was okay.

I was able to keep my offense progressing, though, and I was able to do a lot more with my elixir and my dark elixir than at TH8. lvl6 giants + an AQ solve all raid problems

Warring at max TH8 is great as well, but without max hogs you can't experience it. Max your hogs, learn to 3 any 8, then go up to 9.

If you war, then doing it this way is the absolute worst way you possibly could have thought of it. The war weight of a max TH8 with what amounts to a useless 3 star offense on 90% of maxed TH8s is a major problem
