I understand there are no gems for hitting Titan league. I understood that before I pushed to Titan. My question is - if they ever offer gems for Titan league, do you think they will be retroactive?

They were retroactive when they brought out the new achievements, anyone who had already hit Crystal, Master or Champ got their gems. So yes I imagine they would be, but I seriously doubt they would add another achievement for reaching leagues when they already have one.
