From my th9s perspective post update, 3200-3400 is mostly -10 through -17 snipes. after 3400-3500 it seems to be a mix of -1 and much higher snipes.....for some reason between 3500 and 3600 everyone tried for 3.....none successful usually for 2-4. Then post 3600 getting nothing but -1 snipes so far.

Town hall out works up to about 4k. After 4k you can still get sniped but you may also be worth a lot to some other players to just snipe and they will go for an easy two stars so it's more hit and miss above 4k. The same can be said for below 4k also, just have to hope someone high finds you first.

Put mine in at 4k last push as assumed that would be the point it got risky, couple clanmates were getting very low trophy sniped up to 4100, 4200.

Kabayan low titan 3 tambayan ko. Madalas naman minus 3 and below cups. Minsan lang na tyempuhan din ng malakahin pero bihira naman.

Most of the time i get away with minimal cup losses at low titan 3.

TH9 hovering right around 3200. I've been sniped for everything from -1 to -13 but usually not more than -5. Had two "real" attacks in the last week or so.
TH 9: LV 115 GG: 342M EE: 382M HH: 2.5 M
-1 defense mostly at 3300-3800. Also depends on your luck to get attacked by Titans or Champ 1. Sometimes unlucky attack by lower league Champ 3 can lose 7-13 trophies for single star.
Above 3850, I'm getting regular -3 from high Champ 1/ low Titan 3

Left mine out until 4100 also. After that started to get actual raids instead of just snipes so i put it back in.
