they could be joking lol. My guess is that they were making fun of your clan and used the idea of using mods against you as sarcasm. Wonder if you will report someone who spies on your clan as well...

You can tell by the way they attack, this past war they had a bunch of mini accounts that they tagged our top accounts with by launching an attack and immidiataly surrendering. After this is done players with a sandbox mod can run unlimited simulations on a base that was attacked. Our clan has 163 wins under our belt we are very seasoned and have seen it all. Weve fought and lost to some great war clans, but we've fought enough clans utilizing sandbox modding techniques to tell. This past war set us off because of the racist remarks toward some of our players of African American decent, and I will not be posting what was said as they would most likely ban me for repeating it. It's just upsetting that we try and do some good and help the community get better and instead the one time we reach out were punished for trying to make a positive difference. The ♥♥♥♥♥ing is already bad enough but to have it coupled with the racism and then to have supercell retaliate against us... just poor show of character on Supercell's behalf. I'm clearly passionate and care a lot about the game, maybe a little too much haha... but I'm all about being fair and to be treated like this especially with all the time and effort just is a shot below the belt. I will probably get banned by them for even speaking out like this, at least someone got to see our story though.
