Sorry but no one can give you a definate answer. It will come out when supercell chooses to release it. That's all there is to say. Also I don't think supercell even said anything about a town hall level 11 even ever existing so that whole town hall level being added is pure speculation I think.

Personally, I have been playing for 20 months. I am maxing th9 and I still have at least 6 months left there. Maxing TH10 completely, as a casual player, will take at least 1.5 years.

SO, unless you have a completely maxed TH10 on you hands, you DO NOT GET TO EVEN ASK FOR TH11

i'm an almost maxed th 10 and I argree I don't want th 11 for a while atleast.... I feal like everyone who asks for th 11 are rushed / low lvl th 10s;/ so annoying when there are a lot of people making posts about th 11 everyday.
