Anyone have a good idea on where I can find 3,000+ de raids on avg. with a Gibarch with goblins thrown in the comp, kind of bases.
I'm at 1950 currently and can't find anything reasonable over 2k

You are way too low. Go Masters 2 to champs. Anywhere over 2800 trophies.

I do find bases that are pretty good like that, but I couldn't hit the bases because my comp is too weak. I think I'll start pushing up a bit in the next week or so to m2.

If you can get 2K DE in every single attack (+ the league bonus), you are doing ok. You really can't expect more on a consistent basis given a reasonable low number of "nexts".
You might be able to boost barracks, and speed up the intake, but the 2K per attack will not change much.
