If one or more of you and your friends are co's, then I would suggest sending out a mail about it. Say something along the lines of "We will kick you" or something like that if they're not using attacks. Also, maybe recruìt people that are more into wars and know a little bit more of what to do in times like that, to motivate others in your clan to be the same.l l
