Unfortunately I am unaware of any plans to do this at present.

SC issued a formal statement over a year ago that stated they had no plans to release a windows version basically because the market share was too small to be worth while financially. Last I heard, windows only had around 4% of the tablet/smart phone market share with android and ios more or less splitting the other 96%. Unless windows increases their market share significantly, they are not likely to offer it any time soon.

False. I have a PC and an iPhone. I bet most of the people are like this; they have a Microsoft computer with an Apple or Android phone. So I bet most of that 75 million are already playing or are disinterested in this game.
