Somebody got into my account and changed my name to MYSTLC7 and I would like to change it back to Cyrus. I have tried contacting supercell ingame and they don't help me because it is a bot. Is there any emails or anything where I can have a chat with a real person about my problem? Please Help Me

Initial responses tend to be auto-replies based on keywords in the request. Sometimes, that's all a user needs.
However, in cases where the auto-reply does not help it should ask you "Does this answer your question?" to which you say "NO" and send another message. That should elevate you to a real support agent.
Be patient and continue to follow up with support until a resolution is made.
