This whole game is about attacking someone inferior to you. If you want to fight you go to a bar or a playground. You then pick someone out. You don't go up to the biggest guy and punch him in the face. People look for someone smaller than they are. I want loot fast and easy. That's crystal for me. Simple to understand.

I've been bouncing around crystal 1-3 for the better part of 4 months and haven't come across a max 10. At least not that I have noticed.

On a related topic, while nexting on silver league with my TH8 I'm finding a TH10 every 8~10 nexts and a TH9 every 6~8 nexts.

Sounds normal for a TH8. Remember, the new matchmaking only makes it more likely that you'll find bases close to your town hall level - not exclusively your own town hall level.

Finding a TH10 every 8-10 nexts or a TH9 every 6-8 nexts means that either 10% to 12.5% of your searches are TH10 or 12.5% to 16.7% of your searches are TH9. If you are saying that you only find a TH9 or TH10 every 6-10 nexts, this means that at the very minimum, at least 83.3% of the bases you see are lower than TH9.

l am nearly max TH8 (58 skulls left) and am an addicted, but casual player hanging out in C2 by natural stasis. When I float to C1, I am quickly raided back into C2. When I drop to C3, so many trophies are dumped on me that I am lifted back into C2. I would actively manage it, but at this point in time, it's just not an issue for me.

Ps, I am 5'6", and believe that's a pretty average height for women.

But I did climb 145 trophies yesterday and I'm now in gold 3. In silver leagues I felt there was much more TH9 and TH10. I nexted past one TH9 and two TH10s in a row at one point.

Anyway, it's kinda silly to have 20% TH9/10 basically polluting the low leagues and having to waste gold to next past them. Before it was low TH polluting the matches at low leagues, now it is the high TH polluting low leagues:
