I have a question about that list, what range on the clan difficulty can clans be matched in war? For example, could a clan whose difficulty is 1.8 match a clan whose difficulty is 1.9? Just curious if you know the range clans could be matched according to your difficulty scales?

Matching is more complex. It is not based on one number. It takes into account and compares all bases. So these things are not directly related. The correct answer to your question is some clans can be matched with 1.8 and 1.9 and some not.

The difficulty is designed to show how hard is the expected opponent for a clan (primarily if its players are experienced enough) but not to compare clans to each other.

* Still we need to apologize to some good clans that are not listed. Mainly it concerns the clans which had many loses previously but managed to improve and now have long win-streaks. Such clans can't be included technically since they have big number of loses already.

So clans that bunnyed from the start are recognized over clans that only recently began bunnying? How nice. lol
