I'm a TH7 and close to TH8. My defenses, storages, collectors, etc. are pretty much maxed out. But my walls are not maxed out. Should I go for all lvl 7, or stay lvl 6? I'm not a very active raider(I like the shield). If so, post a guide(farming, unraidalbe base, etc). Thanks!
Walls require active raiding. They're a grind. Go to 7. Walls become much more critical at 8, 9 and 10 in my opinion. especially to stall herosOriginally Posted by Quantumblaster
You really should upgrade to Level 7 walls at TH7, but it is all really your call in the end. If you don't wanna do it don't do it. If you need help with how to farm, or good bases, YouTube guides can help you learn but I don't know who to watch. :/
Yes, max out.
Offence is much more important in this game than defence (you can loot a lot more than the cap that can be stolen from you). You should upgrade to next th level sometime after you have maxed your farming troops and spells and before your elixir starts overflowing and going to waste. If you are in a serious war clan you should probably upgrade your regular war troops first as well.
You might lose more resources per defence, but once you have upgraded to the next level of farming troops, you will be making much more profit.
I have 4 accounts and the last 2 that followed this method reached the same stage at th9 much quicker with less attacking than my first account which maxed each level. Even as new th9 with pink and purple walls and none of the th9 defences, I get sniped most of the time with a good farming base in gold 1-3. I generally only do one good attack when my shield runs out and I have 4 builders going non stop.
I think this applies at least up to th9 but I'm probably going to max them all here before going to th10.

You should max it.. I have 5 builders.. 4 for buildings and 1 for walls..
You should definitely max those walls, they're a bit of a pain to catch up at TH8, trust me.. been there, done that.
Pink walls and loaded loot usually invites farmers regardless of TH or defence levels. The higher your walls are the more discouraged the attackers are, the more likely you will get sniped.
If you never have much loot to get stolen then you don't really have to care about how your walls or defences look.
