Yeah, and a pre-delivery option. I can lock the army and quantity to deliver, and start making in my barracks/DB that can't be cancelled.
It happen many times when I'm filling war requests and training army, when suddenly it was filled up. When I come back moments later, my camp was stuck with army combo like a hound, a golem, few balloons, few wizards, a witch, a few giants that I can't use for farming attack.
