The easiest solution to your problem is just to take multiple screenshots, but make sure that you include the clan at the bottom of the first screenshot at the top of the second and so on, so everyone knows it is legit
Otherwise, buy a galaxy note 5
Take multiple screenshots then place them all together vertically using paint or something.. or even separate screenshot can be enough of a record, no?

If you don't have a phone that can do screen shots, check with one of your clan mates. One of them might be able to get them for you. Once you have the screen shots you can put them together on PC using ms paint or similar program as the people above mentioned.
