i came for super heros, i left enlightened
today on the nature channel: DE zappers.
these common creatures are found from trophy ranges 800-1500. They are a cowardly bunch, and often don't even attack your usually superior base; preferring to simply lightning your DE. Often, this does not pay off, as the attackers usually become the attacked. And are killed. This is why, above 1500 trophies, you will find few zappers. Thank you.
Try 1900-2200 trophy range, you will be suprised, what 4 lighting spell (level 4) can bring you.

In that second battle I personally thought you would have been better coming up from the bottom. This way your complete army would be more focused rather than spreading out along the full side of the base - either way that battle was a success so no worries.
Wow, this attack strategy has made you fearless in that last one. Max Wizard Towers and double level 3 x-bows!I'm not quite taking on bases that tough yet with my TH8 troops. I think you were right about dropping the wall breakers a bit late. Perhaps in a base that tough you need to drop them just after the giants and before the wizards / minions / healers etc. You were close though and the Plug Hole really took affect, they zipped straight to the DE storage - just a shame your power troops had gone by then.
It's funny. Just simply changing my focus (to chasing DE) and changing my attack strategy (to Unity's great model) my interest has been completely revived in the game - plus with TH9 starting in a couple of weeks i'm looking forward to another few months minimum.![]()

Yeah you are right on the second battle, I always forget about those outside upgrading defenses that throw off the giants! Mental note made!
Hehe, only reason I went for that base was because 3/4 AD's were busy upgrading, perfect to keep my giants alive long enough I thought. Too bad the rest of the execution sucked... I did get to his DE technically though, 3 more seconds and it would be mine.That's how we learn, ah well.
Have to agree on your last point, got "bored" of my normal farming as well, this does give new life to it for me again. At least I now have another option, the training time is a bit of killer, especially with me only having 3 rax...![]()
