I only rearm when I want to waste a little gold as a stray archer can cost me way more in an exploded big bomb then I lose during a townhall snipe.
I guess I don't get it. You have an anti hog base with unarmed giant bombs on the outside?

what at situations do u re-arm and when do u not? Seems like i am not getting a good return for re-arming ie preventing someone from Steamrolling me. (I'm TH 8 about 25% thru to max)
I always re-arm them. Always. It's a way to stop attackers.

but I wish everybody wouldn't re-arm traps. it'd make farming a lot easier

I think it depends. If you have a trophy base maybe arm them. Me personally 90% of attacks on me are th snipes. Any real offensive conducted against me i dont feel traps would have an effect other than costing me another 160k. I do keep my xbows topped off though

I always re-arm. Not like it's real money and it's fun to watch people get caught in them.

Since i'm farming DE, my funneling for giants and tier 1 troops with traps are superb so I always re-arm. 100k gold is definitely worth it if it means protecting my DE storage.

If u think Rearming is costly, then you need to be better at farming, i have never cared about rearming , they take very small amount. 50-60k isnt much when u can get 100-500k by just barching a single abandoned base.

Let's say you break your shield to attack, spend 30k finding a target, make 200k, then get hit for 50k and spend another 70k rearming traps.. Your margin would be much higher if you don't rearm the traps

Of course, if you raid in sessions you won't have that problem, but if you don't rearming traps can be a huge waste

50-60k gold? Are you a TH7 or under? As I brand new TH9 I recall spending about 135k to re-arm traps
