There is a slight difference in that opponents can see when those are unarmed.

The only hint that traps might be unarmed is a lot of tombstones lying around.

I for one am much more likely to attack a base where I can see the XBows are unarmed than I am one where they are armed.

When I'm pushing, I won't rearm traps. Too expensive and the higher you go, the more likely they'll be able to pound you anyways.

Not rearming them defeat the purpose of building or upgrading them.

    I always re-arm them all.

I always value dark elixir above all other resources, and that little bit of gold to arm the traps may be what keeps an attacker off my DE.

Plus I hate the way a triggered trap looks sitting in my base.

    Nope, not at all.

There's never an arm or re-arm cost in war.

    Cheers.

Gbombs are flat out devastating to a pack of arch, wiz or barbs. They have saved me so much more than they have cost me along the way (currently about mid way th10). Yes, it's brutal when you get rolled by a superior army and your traps did nothing. However, usually people farm with farming armies and a well placed trap can make all the difference. Same goes for air bombs on minions.

I always re arm my traps. I am a Th9 with maxed traps.. Yes the cost is little bit high but about 80% of times, only few traps are triggered. . Also the looks of unarmed traps bother me a lot

Don't forget goblins! I love it when people just dump-truck dozens of gobs since they have a free run to my storages ('mind blower' village found on this forum), only to have all of them incinerate on the giant bomb

I always re-arm them. I would prefer to do just some traps but it is too much of a hassle. I just reload everything. It is not as if you get attacked by full armies frequently if you have your town hall outside.

Im in the always camp as well. to me its a comfort, or peace of mind thing knowing that that bomb, or spring trap, or pack of skeletons could be the saving grace for that particular defense. after I log in I tap my TH and re arm everything.

One nice thing however is you do not have to do them all at once just the ones that are triggered most often if you don't get all on assaults often. there have been times when I was super broke after a big upgrade **Cough ANYTHING in TH10** and my loot was too low to re-arm them lol..

but yea, once it becomes a habit, its a hard one to break. I keep my TH protected most of the time so they are valuable defenses IMO.

I rarely get a full-fledged attacked anyways, so I just rearm traps.
