Thanks daz... you are right the beauty of this game,
Went back to my standard Pentarawk (5 golems, 2 pekkas) with 3 jumps and smashed it out
Yes this is a good method, but I would say the 3 jumps for the 3 entries is better at funneling your troops, with quake you are creating a big entry point or opening up the inside, but if you dont have other entries into the open area then you might still struggle with funneling

^ clearing all the junk buildings....heroes not yet dropped
image.jpg
^ core opened with th exposed and golems in core. Heroes were dropped directly outside where busters busted outter wall due south of rage spell. This screenshot is a few seconds after I dropped heroes, so it looks like I dropped them to the side of the wall opening, but I did not
End result was 43%, zero stars, both their heroes still standing. Btw, I am KING of 45-49%!!! Ugh!!!
perhaps I cleared to many buildings this time, but I usually dropped them almost immediately after I drop wiz before all buildings cleared. Also, I usually spread the golems (as opposed to this one entry point this time) along an edge, but opted for straight in this time.
thanks again for the help!
Thanks jeeei
may have to try this mass golem/pekka strat. What spells you use?

I am happy to take out my Supercell bashing stick where required as my previous posts will show. (They may also demonstrate my limited intellect and alarming tendency to troll).
However.....having warred and attacked non-stop since the last update I can honestly say that I am now adjusted to the Hero AI and can see no reason to bash anyone. They are perfectly predictable apart from the very occasional AI meltdown but even then I can't remember the last time I raged at the Ipad regards Queenie hitting a wall.
Now that the button issue is fixed (yet to test it in war but several specialists have confirmed it worked) the game is as good as ever and if it goes wrong I suggest going back with an open mind and seeing if you could have deployed differently or funnelled better?
