    Hi ive included a pastebin(.com, to many characters for this forum post) of my error/crash report from my iphone when the application 'clash of clans' has crashed. You probably already have this info available to your teams but here it is anyway.

    Last activity before crash: accidentally clicked on buying gems. Cancelled it. And it crashed.

    Funny thing is: I still get notifications. E.g. My bomb has been upgraded; CoC misses me and I should play the game again.. (Would love to do that!)

    What generation iPod Touch?? Also, I get notifications on clash too. Aswell as "Hey come back, your warriors need a leader!" -_- It's just taunting me. xD

    "Hard"fix

    I bought myself a new Ipad today.

    Sure, the game is running again and finally after almost one week I am able to play again and lead my clan.
    Lost one war already, lost some clan mates.

    Never seen such a bad support from a games company.

    Just one reply from SC, very bad feedback on my ingame mails and an automated answer on my email.

    That is really, really disappointing.

    For a company that makes so much money with this game, it shouldn't be a big deal to give at least one statement a day about the problem itself and don't let players totally alone.

    I press thumbs for all others, hope they'll fix this thing for you soon.

    Last activity before crash: I accidentally clicked the plus next to gems, clicked one of the gem packages, pressed 'X' to close the gem page.Then the game just crashed and now it won't load.

    edit: I just wanted to personally thanks Billians and other here, but Billians especially for his effort and constant vigilance in spearheading this problem. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed!

    Last activity before crash: I accidentally clicked the plus next to gems, clicked one of the gem things, pressed 'X' to close the gem page, waited for the Purchase confirmation thing to show up, but it never did. The game just crashed and now it won't load. Just more crashes. : same as billians.

    Congrats on the new Ipad, sorry to heard about your clan, it will rebound. Supercell actually has outstanding customer support. I don't mean to sound brash but do you honestly think a real person or team can answer the sheer number of emails they receive? In my experience with free apps, your lucky to even get a reply back. That being said, what would a daily statement even look like? Still a work in progress, WIP, WIP, WIP... you get the picture right? Not only have they responded to this thread but a community leader has also responded! I also hope they fix this asap, but this is what happens when using legacy tech...

    So can we say because we didn't buy gems SC doesn't want us to play anymore..? I haven't seen any other reasons so far
