    Very serious problem (mild crashing)

    I am on an iPod 4th generation running iOS 6.1.6 and Clash has been crashing once it loads the Supercell logo. I have tried everything, resetting my iPod (backup with iCloud if you do this), delete the game, log out of Game Center and back in, etc. it is obviously a problem with the new update. Anyway it has consisted to crash and I am getting worried. We need developers to see this thread and admins, this is a problem for a lot of people as I have seen.

    Crashing

    My ipod is having the same issue......very frustrating.....come on supercell and please fix this for ALL of us hardcore clashers....please.

    Very sorry but there is no solution as of yet. I was lucky and managed to get my hands on an android device (my Hudl 2 was only £99 and its 10x smoother than any iOs device I've seen) which I now use but I understand that not everyone can do this. I can't see any real solution to your problem right now, sorry my friend. Your only chance is contacting supercell but they are very very very slow at replying. Be patient and be prepared for anything in the strange place that is supercell support... Good luck

    Hey, this statement is not true, this is the oldest thread regarding this issue(I think).

    I emailed them for support before I managed to get back into my account, and they got back to me the day after I got back in. They told me that the issue was fixed but I could contact them if I was still having problems. So I emailed them to explain that I was able to get back into my account but that the issue is not resolved. I told them the steps I took to revert to a previous version as a temporary solution, included a link to this thread, expressed concern that I will no longer be able to play the game when there is another mandatory update, and asked if they have any plans to fix this. They emailed me back saying "Thanks for contacting us and letting us know. As informed you earlier, the issue has been fixed, however I've forwarded your details to our Game Team for further investigation." I don't know how to respond to that. It obviously isn't fixed. It seems like they didn't read my email before responding.

    Yeah, The same thing for me. I contacted them for a few days and 4 days ago I got the message that they forwarded it to their Game Team. But please do send SC emails with our problem in hopes they can see it and realize how big the issue really is.
