Global Chat and Reporting system is broken!!

First let me start by saying that Im a grown man who has spent more then $3,000 on this game.. I have recently been banned from logging on for 2 days.. Once before I was banned from global for 24 hours.. I despise the global chat. its filled with filthy little kids talking dirty. Frequently I try to start bandwagons to get other players to report them.. I never rage in global and say things I shouldnt. I'm a Christian!! Waking up one morning in the middle of a war to find that the base I have spent so much time and money on, cannot be logged into is far beyond acceptable. After sending a message to support. a bot responded.. So you cant even bother to answer me with a human.. Your game is broken, my war was a loss and my boosted rigs and mines wasted.. The way I see it, you guys owe me some gems.. I am so perturbed by the outcome of this event, that Ive decided to quit playing clash if you don't make this right, you will never get another dime from me.. Check your logs and see how much Ive spent.. Burkes the Boss level 146 Clan United 40... Awaiting your response!

Sorry for your bad experience, but you're better off staying away from Global.

Oh and you'll never get gems from SC. That's like saying too many players have raided my base today, SC must pay me gems as compensation

Interesting thoughts..I am resisting my natural trolling instinct to make a serious related point (I know.I'm shocked too).
If you gamble online the decent gambling companies will separate the casual, occasional small time players from the high end rollers. The high spenders will often be put into an 'Elite' group giving them access to actual humans and very rapid resolution of issues..Basic economics really...look after the fattest calves.
Might be an idea for clash? This guy is clearly a major spender, taking the post on face value, and a division of customer support that makes these big spenders feel more appreciated might be an idea? After all they are the ones keeping it free for the majority?

First of all I'm sorry this happened to you. Staying away from global is indeed a good choice and the report system as bad as it is , is neeeded. I often see some people telling us all to go fluffy bunny and stuffs like that yet only a few people will actually report them so it needs to have a low treshold to be anything close to effective.

Second of all, please realize the 3000$ you spend are 3000$ you LOST. As you may know your account is not actually yours but SC propriety. They have the right to delete everything about your account aytime they want. They of course don't for obvious economic reason to avoid people beeing reluctant to spend their money.

As for you beeing a whale ( big big spender ) it is natural for you to think you would have special rights. However it is not how it ( officially ) works for .... economics reasons again ( does it even need to be said again at this point lol ). Indeed they can't send the message that they treat big spenders better because it would make little spenders and free users ( potential spenders in the future and a big player database is an incentive to paly/spend ) unhappy. 1000 10$ spenders are much more profitable than a 3000$ whale.

However, if you manage to catch their attention saying you are a big spender and WANT to spend more in the future ( the 3k you already lost them it s just an argument to show you will spend even more ) BUT not saying it is the reason you should be treated better and it is only the situation that is unfair in GENERAL, then you give them a way out to treat you (a financial investment ) good they don't want a "scandal" lol.

Why care about global chat? I'd love to permanently get banned from global chat or better yet, just turn that place off completely.

I just sugguest sitting this one out dude and never going back to global, terrible place it is.
