Need Help w/ Clan Situation and need Info about TH9

Okay. First I'll say my TH9 questions:
What is the best league fore Gold, Elixir and DE?

And my Clan Situation:
I'm the leader of my war clan. I want to rush to TH9* so I want to join a farming clan that wars for real maybe once a week (Optionally). So I want to be in a farming clan for a while but I also don't want to abandon my clan. I also have IRL friends in that clan (2) so how would you explain you want to join another clan to farm? (One doesn't war so he'd be fine, but one also does like to war). I also like war but I just wanna take a break (Been warring since like TH4).

Also what is a good farming clan that would like me (TH8, maxed 7 rushing to 9) and possibly 2 TH7s (whom maxed TH6)?

Yeah I will just tell them that once I'm a rushed TH9 in about 12 days. I mean, I still know them IRL, right?
