So we are in prep day for a 15 vs. 15 war. The opposing clan is level 2 but it says they have 45 wins?

Even if they’ve won every war and only scored the win bonus they would be a level 3.

In that case, shouldn't they have many more? Unless they've became inactive for a very long time and started again recently.
