War Bug!!

I attacked in war and once I got done attacking I returned to village and went to war page and saw my attack never registered but all my troops are gone/dead and all my heroes are asleep. What the hell is going on? No point in me making another army and attacking again. The people in my clan saw the attack also but nothing was rewarded.
