With experience you'll learn how to make a better base design and manage your shields efficiently. You could also try joining a really good clan that gems and get good cc troops for when you log off. It's confusing when you say that you like the game, but being raided makes you mad. If you don't have success with advice from me and others you could try playing Hay Day.

This game is all about raiding, whats the point leveling stuff if you're not gonna raid.

After reading some more of this thread, I feel the need to clarify my response.

If it seemed like I was, I am not trying to be demeaning or dismissive. Just found the analogy fitting. A good farming layout, friendly snipers in gold/crystal, and a clan that has each other's backs so we always have cc troops when going offline, are my saving grace most times.

I personally just can't imagine playing without raiding/being raided....I would wonder what the point of upgrading was, then....?

1. have you tried placing your townhall in the corner of your village on its own, WITHOUT any defenses nearby? in many cases this can grant you a 16 hour shield and the only thing you will "lose" is trophies but if you want to upgrade your defenses/walls etc. then you are probably farming/grinding for resources, therefore trophies should not be an issue for you at this time!

2. depending on your lvl and activity you can try the following: i myself do not play as much as i used to and what i normally do is i sit around 3300-3500 and i attack 3,4 times per day using heavy armies such as (gowiwi,gowipe.houndloons etc.) i do that cause even though i attack only 3,4 times per day, with the league bonus i receive and the loot from the attacks (and in that range you normally loot 100-300K per attack) i am still able to save 3 mil per 1,2 days and i use that to upgrade walls ! i also have my townhall in the corner even in that range!

If your ocd is stopping you making a base to protect stuff better, really need to find another game. This game not a good game for that type of personality.

Just had a look at your base. Too compact. It's a raiders dream raid unfortunately. You might want to spread it out more with traps bombs n teslers on the inside rather than the outside. It's more affective. And maybe some funnelling too.. Going down in trophies can help too

I cant level up anything because im always getting my resources taken by raiders. Its simply not fair and dont come at me with the "Thats how the game is" Thing. Its abuse and simply not fun. I wanna level up and finish the achievents in the game and have fun in wars. I barely raid because it makes me feel bad so why dont the DEVS make it an option in the game where you can either not get raided or attacked but also dissabling you from attacking other people? It would make the game more fun for the people who are in it for the idle factor of the game. Youre able to level up and gain resources and stuff. So please, DEVS Give it some thought.
