Im a Fairly new TH 8, but i maxed my king to lvl 10 right away. Its been done for about a week or two now

That's what I did, it was a HUGE mistake. DE at TH8 is much better spent on troops. With a level 10 king, none of your other attacks are strong enough to 3 star a decent 8, but with level 4 hogs the king level barely matters. And level 2 golems helps a lot more on a GOWIPE or GOVALO than a level 10 king. Just do the comparison in stats in the benefit to your raid in wasting the DE on your king vs other troops.

TH9 since June 26th. Queen is 13 king is 10. Just started the hero and wall grind as most defenses/troops are maxed.
