Air raids is Dead ?

Abot to get lvl 4 drags at th9. I don't think air raids are dead. Not with lava hounds. More strategies will ensure that there are still effective ways to air raid.

We are speaking about TH10 here... I wish you good luck with full drags or lavaloonions against a maxed TH10

I have a maxed lavaloonion attack and my clan basically all use air raids. Not dead by any means. I 2 star almost every maxed TH10 I face. "Dead" is by no means the way to describe air attacks.

Air Raids aren't dead. They just take a lot more skill than deploying 3 lava hounds and a row of balloons with some rage spells. The Air Sweeper gave more diversity for defences and now air raids require a lot more thinking than they used to. Air Raids at TH10 used to be really overpowered, so they added the air sweeper to nerf it. Now, ground attacks are way too over powerful, so I'm sure Supercell will add a new defence that makes ground attacking even harder.

Ground raids are too powerful??!! They are talking about TH10 here, ground raids squeak out a two star on a good attack. They need to be buffed big time. What are you talking about??

LOL, sorry about your loss of elixir. Upgrading to level 4 dragons, are like adding a racing stripe to a honda civic.

For most of the th 10 players adapted ground raids after the latest update of Air sweeper.The top players are using only ground raids or mix of air/ground raids but never a complete air raid.
The ground raids are difficult without both the hero's to get atleast 2 star's . Lol and the funny thing is SC gave a lvl 5 dragon to th 10 and no one is using them to attack rather than donating. I'm upset with the update which took fun out of the game.

Show me few top players who are using lavaloonion atm

Current #1 player "saad": 23 loons, 2 lavahound, 24 minion.

Current #2 player "AL-CONGRESS" is training troops. 19 minion, 2 lavahound, 9 loon.

Current #3 player "ALLEXCEED": 23 loons, 2 hounds, 24 minions.

Current #4 player "AD4808" is training troops. 21 minion, 1 hound, 20 loons.

Current #5 player "JOSEPH SUCCAR" has 2 hounds, 23 loons, 24 minions.

All of the top 5 are using lavaloonion. Brandon from youtube is using lavadragoonion right now in titan 1 in his push to legends.

I'd say ground raids are much more dead then air raids by this rate.

i use 2 lava, loons+mini
i can 2* most of majority base i can find here in titan 3 with heroes as back up
3 other player in my clan do the same and rolling in the same league
my clan is an air clan after all and they dont have problem

and for top player, many of them use air attack
just tweak your strategy to counter dual air sweeper

Different story when it comes to war bases though.

Nah, we're still using them up here. I posted a vid of my attack today using early heroes to take out 2 air defs before dropping loons.

No, check any players comp that is above 4k and u will see either gowipe or loonion
