Just a thought. Make the Minion Lord cost Elixir, not Dark Elixir, since the regular Elixir troops cost Dark Elixir.
I wonder whether he' be still in the air or fall to the ground when dead. Becoz heros nvr disappear from the map.
I like the idea... All good for me, but I think it would be Better a New design... Like a mitic animal like quimeras os something, i just dont wanna see a giant minion... I think it would be fantástic an animal With head of a dragon and a lion and a snake tail, With dragon wings, and when we use the special ability the transforms to a air type troop... without special ability it would ataca like a lion, and when we activate the special ability, it becomes an air type troop spitting fire by his dragon head.

Great idea, lots of potential and strategy to come if its added. Okay, so I'm an aesthetics freak, keep that in mind. I was wondering what type of altar it would have. It can't be a regular altar, like the King and Queen, as its a flying troop. Also, a suggestion would be to add an extension in the army composition screen allowing you to select the heroes you want to take into battle. For example, say I wanted to bring the AQ and the ML with me. I would check the AQ and the ML, and then the King would be grey. If I wanted to select the King instead of the ML, I would un-check the ML and check the BK.
Sorry if I rambled a bit, but this is a great idea and I hope SC sees this and added it into the game.
